Why we’re building Event Legend

Event Legend is being built because we believe it’ll save you time, stress, and feel like real value.

Right now the job is scattered - writing out formulas in spreadsheets to track profits and costs, planning in phone notes, artist confirmations buried in texts and emails, clashing with other events because you don’t know what else is on that weekend, changing set times manually, hand-written or last-minute guest lists.

We did the research, and we couldn’t find an affordable app out there that’s a real home for an organiser’s admin and finances - and does everything else on top. Most people stick with their current methods to avoid spending hundreds a month on event management software, or because they haven’t found a better way yet.

So we’re building one. An affordable app that brings everything into one place. Built by UK promoters, for promoters. Our way of giving back to the culture we grew up in.

And it’s mobile-first - so you can run your event directly from your phone, wherever you are. No waiting until you’re back at the laptop to work out your profit and loss after an event - find out instantly.

We’re hard at work building it now, with a launch planned for sometime in 2026.
