Privacy Policy

This site is run by the team building Event Legend, an upcoming app for UK music event promoters. If you need to get in touch about anything in this policy, email ollie@eventlegend.co.uk.

Only what you give us through the survey:

• Your answers to the 10 survey questions
• Your name and email address, only if you opt in to the mailing list on the final screen
• The date and time you submitted

We do not collect IP addresses, location, device fingerprints, tracking cookies, or any analytics about how you use the site.

• Survey answers: to help us decide what features to build and how to position the app.
• Name and email (opt-in only): to let you know when Event Legend launches and to give you access to the free trial we promised.

Our legal basis for processing this data is consent - you actively chose to submit it.

The data lives in a secure Supabase database hosted in the EU (Ireland). It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Only the founder has access.

We keep your data until you ask us to delete it, or up to 24 months after Event Legend launches - whichever comes first. After that we delete it automatically.

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Ever.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to:

• See what data we hold on you
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Delete your data completely (we’ll action this within 30 days)
• Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from any future emails
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
